It’s that easy! Step 2 – Review Your Portrait When our artist has completed your custom portrait, we’ll email you a proof of the piece for your approval. This usually occurs within 3-4 business days from the time you order. Please let us hear back from you within 48 hours with your feedback. If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours of our preview email, we will assume you approve of your painting and we’ll go ahead and complete your order. Step 3 – We ship with care We ship your masterpiece to you with care. It is normally delivered to you approximately 2 weeks from your order date. You will receive an email notification of your shipment with tracking information. We will also email you a copy of the digital file in either jpeg or png format.
