Aucuba japonica Crotonifolia – Japanese Spotted Laurel

DescriptionAucuba japonica Crotonifolia – Japanese Spotted Laurel. Evergreen, Large green leaves with yellow, gold splashes, dots all over the leaves. Grows well in dry shade where most plants will not grow helps to brighten up your borders all year round. Can be grown as a specimen shrub or as a hedge.  Plants can reach 3 metres tall and wide but is slow growing and does better when you prune the shrub in Spring to encourage more side shoots. Flowers are not really seen much small red flower clusters in spring. Is tolerant of salt laden air so good for coastal gardens.  AGM Plant is sent out in four litre pot.
