Description3 Vinca minor ‘Ralph Shugart’ AGM evergreen lesser periwinkle with dark green leaves with a narrow white margin. Violet-blue flowers from late Spring throughout the summer months. Great groundcover in full sun or partial shade.  Grows to 10cm tall. The ideal companion plant for Hostas.   Not invasive.  3 plants sent out in 9cm pots.
