If you purchased a Poby L/Ember and want to use it with Proxy Glass, you can simply connect this Poby Adaptor to your Poby L/Ember and use your Proxy Glass seamlessly. The Poby Adaptor for Proxy Glass is 3D printed using two different materials — PETG and PLA, each offering unique advantages: PETG is known for its excellent durability, flexibility, and chemical resistance. It has a higher heat resistance, typically withstanding temperatures up to 80–90 °C without deformation. This makes it a reliable option for daily use and environments with moderate heat exposure. PLA, on the other hand, provides a smooth surface finish, high printing precision, is lightweight, and eco-friendly. Its heat resistance is generally around 50–60 °C, but when connected externally to the Poby with Proxy Glass, it can still withstand the temperature emitted by the Poby. The Gradient Purple part is printed with PLA, while the Black part is printed with PETG. By combining these two materials, the Poby Adaptor for Proxy Glass achieves a balance between strength, precision, and practicality.
